About Us

The Advanced Manufacturing Apprenticeship Collaborative (AMAC) helps manufacturers build the skilled workforce they need through Registered Apprenticeship (RA). Powered by Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG), AMAC brings together employers, industry partners, education and training providers, and workforce organizations to develop and expand apprenticeship programs that respond to the evolving needs of advanced manufacturing.

AMAC provides hands-on support at no cost to employers, helping manufacturers:

  • Customize RA programs to meet their workforce needs
  • Develop and register new programs and occupations
  • Connect with existing programs and sponsors to get started faster
  • Access training and workforce partners
  • Identify available apprenticeship resources and incentives
  • Launch and expand programs as workforce needs grow

Whether an employer is exploring RA for the first time or looking to expand an existing program, AMAC can help turn workforce needs into apprenticeship opportunities.
